To help hospital make improvements

Just kept me more informed. For example a nurse came and said she was going to give me a n injection of prophylaxis ( I think that is what she said )without any explanation as to why. I did at this point check she had the correct patient as I felt quite concerned. ! Also different nurses came in and asked me what I had already had done! Also a bit worrying. However they are all working under so much pressure so overall I think they do an amazing job.
