All nurses doctors and staff were extremely helpful and caring. The doctors offered clear explanations for my condition and took time even though they were busy. The nurses were cheery and efficient. My concern though was hearing wailing elderly patients- perhaps more soundproofing is required. The facilities in my room where very good although it was unfortunate that there was no power in the powerbox and therefore no TV could be installed. A poorly patient in a single room cannot read all the time.
