The majority of the staff on this ward were extremely helpful and kind. I felt that I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff were very accommodating to my family visiting outside normal visiting hours. This helped me a great deal as I was able to express to my family how I was feeling, due to the language barrier. Sometimes I did find some inconsistantcy in the records noted or different staff would tell me different things and therefore this caused confusion with myself and my family when they challenged the staff. The Clinical sister, Michelle Ward is a real asset to the ward. She was extremely considerate and reliable. Thankyou! The Ward Manager Hannah was also very good and supportive. The Staff nurses were also very kind.
