The doctors and nurses who cared for my daughter went above and beyond to ensure she was cared for quickly and efficiently. They were empathetic and understanding of her fears and understood the needs of a teenager who was scared and in pain.

Triage were dismissive and would have sent us away. It transpired my daughter was then treated for sepsis on my insistence that she was unusually unwell and deteriorating. The symptoms of sepsis could have easily been dismissed.
