The massive amount of under-investment, coupled with unnecessary bureaucracy, is destroying a national health service that was once the envy of the world. I fully support any and all action that frontline staff are unfortunately being forced to take, just to be treated with the respect that they deserve. Staff as always are faultless. We appreciate you. “Thank you”never seems to say enough

Suggested improvements
If you are booking an appointment online, you organise your life around that time. So to arrive 10 minutes early, and then wait over an hour, before asking if there had been an unexpected incident or delay, it’s incredibly frustrating to be told that the “appointment” is actually an “arrival time”. Most people prefer honesty. Just tell us when we book the appointment that it’s an arrival time, and we will be prepared for wait. We understand the pressure and unpredictability of the work you do. Just be straight with us. Thank you
