I was bleeding badly but had a five hour wait. I had to ask numerous times for pain relief and a drink of water. I wasn’t given any aftercare advice. This was a very serious dog bite.
Suggested improvements
Keep patients informed. Cut waiting times down. Given me something to mop up the blood.
