The service was good. Despite the wait, I feel that they considered my problem and advised correctly. It was a shame that I still needed to go through the GP to get a referral, delaying treatment. Also, when I mentioned that I was there because the system we have at work had advised that I should do so, it was slightly dismissed. But that wasn't a bug issue, as the problem was still dealt with.

Performed the examination advised there and then. It was an endoscopy.
