My son has a life limiting heart condition and we are regulars at ED / MIU for various reasons. We are always treated with dignity and respect, and the staff never make me feel that I'm being an over cautious or anxious mother. My son is only 6, but very mature, and the staff always ask him questions and listen to his answers.

Nothing. We were seen quite quickly (2.5 hours) which was incredible for a Saturday afternoon! Having said that, the prices in the shop could be more reasonable - a £1 for a packet of Quavers- which are basically air - felt a bit steep!
