Staff are all nice and friendly. However some are clueless when it comes to supporting edp’s at the table. Also wasn’t given information on admission.
Suggested improvements
Make sure all staff know what they are doing as it can be very hard when they don’t. Give out useful information before arrival to prepare and on admission.

The staff are, for the most part, very kind, generous and thoughtful.
Suggested improvements
Some staff members are often tactless in their comments around ED patients. For example, some staff make inappropriate comments about how much we eat, or about how they used to not eat certain foods or lie about eating when they were younger.
