All needs were met most of the time. Kind and confident staff most of the time.
I was at my lowest point when i had contact with the AMHT.
I was allocated a support worker Kim and she totally changed my life and way of thinking.
Instead of trying to appease me, she actually understood what I was going through and supported me with so much care and thought.
Thank you..
I think what has to be remembered is that OHFT say complaining is a sign of mental illness so no one can complain not even the staff to whom I only wish the best.
Supportive, understanding and friendly
Sorry for the late reply I would like to tell you that the way you’ve contacted me was unusual for me and i found it later today in the afternoon
I was asked by you
Na
Sometimes the staff don’t listen and don’t understand enough about eating disorders
Especially with edp they say we can’t eat over our meal plans which is stupid because that what recovery is about. They don’t stop us for eating a biscuit I’m the moment but saying stuff like that will stop people from listening to their bodies
