I have had to learn the ropes myself or from other patients as I was not explained certain things also there is not understanding of my bowel problem and on my second day here I had an accident in my bed and the night staff were holding their noses and laughing …I was so humiliated … some staff are so lovely but apart from Rosemary and a few others the rest don’t show compassion and understanding

More understanding on the first few days here especially at night … At times I feel like ending my life and in deep despair but no one has the time to talk to me
