I am very happy with Hilda and Chanel they help me a lot and always check to make sure I am ok especially Hilda she is very caring.

Appalling the AMHT couldn’t arrange the two compulsory appointments they want the services user’ to attend on the same day even with 5-12 months notice.
Also they believe what they want to believe from what the gp says. Are they saying the gp isn’t trustworthy.
The fact is the AMHT have never been consulted they only cold call and PALs delete emails unread which can be proved. And someone will read this and know what OHFT do.
Lack of communication about planned treaent, and basic needs not met, including providing appropriate access to toiletries, timely access to wash facilities, and even drinking water. Staff were generally unhelpful and/or aggressive and were seen to be laughing at some of the patients due to their care needs. Food was a very suboptimal quality, obviously prepackaged and preprocessed with controlled sugar and salt levels without consent from the patients. Physical health complaints not followed up after promises that would be. One member of staff refused to let me eat food that had been specifically bought for me because I wouldn't rinse a dish that was already clear for the dishwasher.
