I would prefer if some of the decisions made about our care had more of our input and our opinions were valued more. But, I think the staff here are really great and have been incredibly supportive and kind.

Because they do help and do care even if they don’t always get it right and that’s all okay. Sometimes people get it wrong but they try and do listen and that’s what matters. Thank you to all the staff especially Joe, Alex, Ewe and Donna! :)

Because every time that I have an incident no one comes to check on me or offer me any help or ask what would help me yet I notice them always making sure other people are ok when they have incidents
