Likes - activities, communication in have your say meeting, healthy food for vegans, kindness, honesty
Wants - prompts for fresh air, morning medication, plastic baskets in shower to put towels in, specific timing of discharge

The first day it felt like a prisoner. I like the installations, hope I can refurbish my grandma in this style, she needs. I love the cloth. I like the interior design and distribution.

Tell the process of being sectioned in person, talking about what to expect medication involvement and I've been told about the process of leave by another doctor.

Staff great. Surroundings nice.
Decor and comfort very poor. Plastic seating everywhere. No side lamps, no ambience. Severe lack of food
