The staff were all great apart from one and I have told Matron who it is and why he was never very kind always just talked at me never listened to me which made me feel worthless I hope Matron sorts him out otherwise everyone was very kind I have been in hospital a long time and got to know the staff really well, I felt safe here and for this first time in a long time felt people cared about me which was difficult for me Guy is brilliant and really helped me thank you

I didn’t want to come here and thought they were all against me at first now I know I was unwell and the staff treated me with respect and kindness for which I am very greatful There has always been someone to talk to and staff are very helpful we have some laughs too and different activities to stop getting bored Rumi is the top bloke I have never met anyone like him and I am looking forward to carrying on helping in the meadow with his group Thankyou for this opportunity The nurses and doctors are all brilliant and the ward matron was very supportive to me and my family, ward round can be scary but she always put us at ease before we went in, Paul Guy and Andras were men I felt really comfortable with Paul was always upbeat and helped when I was feeling lonely Guy and Sndras you can talk to about anything they were really kind and patient with me so Thankyou guys for everything

This admission has been helpful and I feel so much better, Thankyou to Matron Carol for sorting everything out for my discharge including transport home All the staff are amazing very kind and respectful, I have felt safe and cared for and Dr Barrera is such a gentleman This team is very well led by Carol and Dr Barrera who have listened to me and helped me to feel better Thank you all very much xxxxxxx

I have been well cared for the team are very kind and responsive to my needs I didn’t want to come 8nto hospital but it has been a good experience and I feel really well now Really good activities and staff have been very supportive

At the start of treatment I felt that the comunication between staff needed improvement. However as time went on they started to understand the family dinamics worked and who should be contacted. Found the male staf very helpful and compassionate.

Psychiatric team very professional and thorough but also friendly. Majority of ward staff friendly, helpful and engaged (with patients), though night staff less so. Food better than expected. Fresh fruit always available. Ward kept extremely clean. Thanks to hard work of housekeepers.

Vt staff are all amazing they were very kind to me and also made me smile and laugh again There are lots and f things going on in and off theward Rumi is an amazing HCA I loved bed being outdoors with him, all the staff make a difference due to their positive attitude and made me feel safe and that I would get better I owe them so much and want to say a huge Thankyou
