Many of the agency staff simply fail to support difficult situations in the eating disorder program or ask inappropriate questions such as: how much do you weigh which brings up numerous uncomfortable thoughts. The unit is understaffed with often no spare staff on the unit due to still needing to attend to tasks such as 1+2's or HDU which can leave patients succetible to self harm urges due to lack of what should be extra available Suppourt.
