My son has had two admissions to this ward and the team are excellent all staff I had contact with were great and my son felt safe and cared for The ward Matron is an exceptionally kind person who regularly telephone me to keep me up to date and always listened to us his family and even when I was very stressed and probably a bit difficult she was calm and sensitive to our fears, Whenever we visit whoever open the door always smiles and introduced themself asking who we were and who we were visiting when leaving we were often asked if we were ok and how had the visit gone, small things but so helpful and made us feel our so. Would be well cared for by such thoughtful staff Names to note for us are Carol Shannon Alison Andras Guy and Adebayo who were often on shift when we visited , we as a family are so very greatful for the positive experience this has been for our son and us when it could have been so dreadful thank you very very much
