Vaughan Thomas ward have provided excellent care for our son throughout this admission, we too have been supported and felt involved and consulted in every aspect of his care and treatment, we were invited every week to ward round Nd all discharge planning meetings, the staff are excellent, we had really positive experiences at the friends and family group run by Paul who always listened and made us feel valued, he was also able to make us laugh at a time there wasn’t always so much laughter in our life so Thankyou Matron Carol was very supportive always available and even when we had concerns she listened and attended to them quickly and everything was always easily resolved Joe OT was also so caring and helpful our son had such a positive experience from the input he had from Joe who always was willing to go the extra mile This team have been excellent
