Took over a month to see the doctor, I was completely suicidal and no one checked up on me, was meant to have an hour and a half appointment and the doctors were 15 minutes late and I got half an hour then they left and discharged me immediately, no ongoing support for severe psychological issues and self-harm issues, no information about the medication I am on, no ongoing care and I was told if I want therapy which I was told I need that I must go to a charity or pay for it privately. No ongoing support whatsoever. Beyond terrible.

Everything. Disgraceful service. Embarrassing.
