As they have worked to help me understand myself and my difficulties, they have spent time to help me reach the point where I feel ready to begin a new chapter and they are mostly helpful and supportive when I’m upset (it tends to be staff who don’t work here regularly that aren’t helpful)

Made all agency/bank staff away or individuals difficulties to help them when they are struggling no also what not to do when they’re struggling
