I don’t find being detained under the Mental Health Act reassuring and their comments/feedback are undermining. And the staff don’t know the people they detain so really aren’t in a position to comment.

Staff should encourage all people, advise on how to get released from detention and promote and follow equal opportunities not the two tier system that currently exists.
