Outstanding care and kindness received. Staff listened and responded to needs, kept me informed about my treatment and care Albeit at the last minute in a couple of instances. Treated throughout with dignity and respect. Re the activity timetable, it was not always made clear where we should meet at the commencement of an activity, perhaps staff could be more mindful of this for patients in their first week or so on the ward.
