-The staff are outstanding and some nurses are very caring good listening, empathetic and Claudia, Kerry, Frankline, Petra, Emily, Dr. Olga. -More attentive and flexible to meal design and time frame. -More clearer explanation about basic needs (housekeep) of the patients such as meals, information notice board, laundry on the first date of the submission. -The level is the major comfort for patients I understand the staff shortage but having the leave for fresh air earlier each day can improve the health of the patients. -Control the type of loud music constant in the lounge.
