My name does nurse franklin always provided me with excellent care, time and compassion. She is an excellent nurse. The activity leader always includes me in activities despite my social difficulties. This and Emily's supports has made me feel included in the ward. I wish I was involved in more of my care decisions and management and doctors listened and responded to my requests instead of feeling ignored
