This is a great ward from Matron to housekeepers everyone is kind supportive and make you feel welcome and they all have time for you The ward is clean and feels safe , we were always offered a drink and point of contact during every visit. Matron Carol is always available smiling and so helpful and knowledgable, the nurses always have time for you and were brilliant with my brother, the friends and family group led by Paul and Olivia was without doubt a lifeline for us and great is was off the ward making they made us feels so valued and that we were important and we left feeling so much happier and assured of his recovery. Great staff great team with a great Matron
