The majority of the ward staff are lovely, so hardworking and compassionate. But the ward seems really short staffed and there are a couple of rogue members of staff who are taking shortcuts whilst masquerading as well intentioned. There are lots of procedures in place to keep patients safe but the staff shortages mean that there will inevitably be avoidable incidents.
