Most of the staff are great, I didn’t need to be here this long and it has been very stressful as other people here are very noisy especially at night. the staff at night are dreadful they all sit in the office and ignore the ‘ ocking, they refused to allow me to have a glass of milk saying there was none available when I spoke to the Matron Carol the next day she was embarrassed and apologised informing me I can have a drink anytime, she is an honest women and needs to get rid of some of the night staff why can’t they all be kind like her and Shannon During the day there is always someone to talk to and a good range of activities really important when you are not allowed off the ward I found the doctors are rarely available and Dr Munden patronising, ther was no psychologist on the ward and the food is poor more fresh fruit and salads not in a plastic box please
