Please note that my wife and I accompanied our daughter, Hannah to her appointment with Sarah Phelan today, therefore some of the above questions do not apply to us as accompaniers e.g. Were you involved...?and Did you receive...?. We did appreciate the opportunity to be present at this consultation. The meeting was conducted impeccably by Sarah who has a good measure of Hannah and the issues she has faced. Whilst Hannah has made a good recovery, Sarah was keen to put structures in place to provide continuing support so that this recovery is sustainable.
