The staff were very kind and supportive, and patient with me. Even when feeling short staffed they always got to my needs or queries when they could. I’ve felt very supported by the whole team. All in all it’s been a positive and therapeutic experience. Thank you

The only thing is that at times the staff appeared stretched, but did well despite that.
