Nursing staff is nice and welcoming, and they seem to deal with incidents on time and well when they occur. They also offer various activities to patients on the ward.

Lvl 3 obs having someone watch you sleep with door open is genuinely a weird experience that could disrupt sleep - I wonder if it could be done via OxEvision or with doors closed. Daily supplements etc could be stored safely and then returned to patients after they leave the ward, instead of having them potentially confiscated even after detainment ends / patient about to leave - I genuinely wonder the reason behind the confiscation. Check the room noise insulation so that there’s not always someone knocking at a pipe when I’m resting or about to sleep:p That is definitely detrimental to mental health! Especially among patients with stress and likely sleep problems. I’ve raised issues about dissociation and I didn’t seem to be receiving more support regarding that. Perhaps there needs to be more trauma and dissociation awareness among mental health practices, especially to tease out the subtle differences between trauma and stress based symptoms and psychotic symptoms.
