You can’t get legal advice it’s impossible and OHFT staff don’t respect the decisions you make nor the fact you need to earn money. And they spend all their time putting you down which I can prove.
PALs isn’t helpful as they don’t respond and can’t advise.
Suggested improvements
Ensure written legal advice that the Trust will follow is available. Respect the decisions of the people you detain. Actively listen to detainees. Remember it takes on to know one. Be kind close the Warneford and Littlemore. Make sure you aren’t stopping people from working.
