Staff are stretched beyond limits. This is not fair on both staff and patients. Since August it’s felt as if the unit has fallen apart. Too many agency staff are used with little experience of an eating disorder ward. Whilst I am grateful for the staff that have been able to help, some of my care has not happened. I feel let down.

It sadly, won’t make any difference.
