-Being able to contribute to how you progress/your treatment plan and adapting it as/where required. -Having people around willing to help when you are struggling and reminding you of the positives. -Helping me and seeing me as a 'whole' person rather than someone that is an illness. -Some of the staff are not very empathetic and it is clear that it is only a job. -Too many agency staff, affected care. -Not always informed of changes in correct way/time.
