The staff are all very good during the day but at night they are nasty I told Matron and also how they refused to let me have a cup of tea I’d glass of milk at night when I woke up even though I woke because they were noisy talking outside my room and turn8ng the light on to check me The staff in the day were always kind I had to be in the 136 first and the Nurse there made us both drinks and was very kind and friendly I wanted to go outside but couldn’t so they gave me a puffer to help me as I am a heavy smoker this was very kind and considerate of them I like the Matron she was funny and the staff all seem to get on well with each other and are very friendly with everyone
