All aspects of my care have been first rate. A fact that I am most grateful for.
I can't see anyway of improving upon the care as it has been of a very high standard.
All staff have been kind, courteous and caring and the quality of the housekeeping in both cleanliness and quality of the food provided has been to a similar high standard. I would like all staff to be aware of the recognition of their efforts.

As we are part of the '136' area, sometimes staffing levels are stretched leaving people (service users) not being able to do/get things i.e leave, lockers, washing etc. Staff care is good, they strive to go the extra mile to help and accommodate my needs.
