Improvement could be that when things go missing they should have an immediate room search

Prison or Vaughan Thomas ward is the same. The patient has the right to go to church.

More recently, my care level improved drastically. I am now allowed to lose weight and the condition of admission and release are a lot fairer. To live in a mind house on my own is exciting and I am happy with my care plan. When well again(feeling confident and enthusiastic) I am allowed to go home. Many thanks.

I was on level 3 obs throughout my admission so always had someone to talk to, which helped a lot. Other patients said they found it more difficult to access staff. The staff seemed extremely busy - staff shortage. But I was given lots of time and good care. I'm very grateful
Perhaps you could cheer up the garden - patients without leave could help. It's very frustrating if you can't go outside.
You helped me a great deal again. Thank you very much

Not enough staff,
Would have been nice to be in a more updated environment
Distrupted and unnerved by certain patients who were in lounge area, although I know their conditions are hard to deal with (etc can't force them to go in a different room
Staff were all lovely and friendly

There is never any criticism whatever I have done, this helps me to think about things instead of defending myself
