Less noise
Bored looking at the four walls and being told to rest
Other patients watch the Christian tv channels for four hours a day and won't let me change the channel
All the members of staff are very respectful towards patients and friendly and supportive towards each patients needs.
Things that could improved: having a permanent member is staff to cover the front door duties and mobile phone charging service
I was treated like a child who isn't capable of consent.
I was accused of having zero insight into my own condition.
The staff treated me with genuine compassion, like I was a person and not just a patient with a mental illness. They were hugely comforting, helpful and supportive, and listened. They encouraged me to get support from my family and tell them where I was without pressuring me. I am really grateful that there was so many staff members who I could talk to openly about faith and who were able to support me spiritually as well (probably without them even realising)
Cleanliness, staff attitude, manner, politeness, professionalism were all very good
Medication queue and long waiting standing in the corridor, not so good sometimes
The team was amazing very helpful friendly
Ok
