The first aid unit was really clean. Staff were calm and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything about my treatment. Great compassion and empathy. I felt so much calmer when we left.

Nothing could be improved. The nurse Dupline was fantastic really caring and careful. The receptionist also was brilliant.

When we walked in, my son had a nasty bleeding injury to his arm, the nurse Mandy was very calm and professional and made us feel relaxed, initial treatment was administered immediately, to bring the injury under control. The whole staff were friendly and efficient.
