Knowledge of patient is good. Patient and understanding doctor was particularly good at helping me get increased care. Can be slightly patronising. Sometimes, instructions aren't clear so questions aren't answered as they are not understood.

Staff were friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait too long. They checked all the time that I was as comfortable as possible. Hard to see how to improve on such excellence!
