Sara (Whammond) has been amazing over the past year that I have been seeing her!
I was very wary at first and sure it wouldn’t work as I knew the theory behind it, but patiently Sara has worked with me and helped me so much.
I can’t thank her enough
She is friendly, kind, caring and worked at a pace that suited me!

The members of staff I met today were extremely helpful and pleasant I felt that I was listened to. The only Improvement I could suggest is less waiting time for my appointment to come through.

It certainly hasn't been an easy process for me, but knowing that I had you to talk to at my appointments and your advice have been greatly appreciated. Thank you.
