I feel I could be told more about my discharge plans.but all the staff are lovely
I don’t feel I have been updated enough about my discharge plans or what the next steps are for me to go home
I got stuck in one of the toilets as the call bell light is broken and it took awhile for staff to come and help
I feel I have been treated very well with my treatment and overall care.
I feel the staff and ward is run very well.
I feel that if you have to be in hospital this is an excellent hospital to be in! Efficient and caring staff as well as kind and friendly. With the most pleasant team spirt. I’m am not a foodie however the food is excellent lunch especially. I did not like that supper was at 17:00 much to early for me although I know that can not be helped. Excellent soups and cold choice. I met many of interesting individuals and in strange way I enjoyed my experience and stay at st Leonard’s.
Very good service I am being well looked after.
Very happy with staff, they all look after me very well. Food is excellent, you wouldn’t get better in a hotel
The nurses are so caring and have given me the best treatment.
