I don't feel as if my treatment plan has been properly explained me - other than my meds won't be changed I don't know what is happening next therefore it is hard for me to engage with my Dr. as I feel there is a hidden agenda I don't know about.

Been clearer from the outset what the end goal is. I do not want to be bouncing backwards and forwards to AMHT endlessly and would like to know what the plan going forward is.
