My treatment could not have been improved as it was excellent. I was treated very professionally and the procedure was explained to me before it took place, having found out who the accident happened. Also, the aftercare was carefully explained (and what not to do) to me and my wife. The treatment (dealing with a 1 inch cut on my leg) was thorough and carried out efficently and I was impressed with everything. In addition my wife and I were given a leaflet about care of wounds , confirming what we had been already told. There was no queue, so no waiting. Only drawback was the car park which is now P&D (boo!) and I had no idea who long I would be in there. Once busy having my leg dressed any thought of how long I was being and if I was overstaying, went out of my head! So a black mark for the car park, but gold star for everything else!
