I have just found that any member of staff that I talk too is always kind, caring and cheerful. They are all very attentive and ask without being promoted if I need anything. I can not fault any of the team from the nurses to the house keepers. Wallingford has a great atmosphere.

I don’t like the way the mirrors make me look they are very distraughted. That is the only criticism I can say. I have even had my own room being an EOL patient.
