The personal care given to me and my husband who had driven me was truly amazing, To start with I was addressed by my surname which was nice for a 87 year old! Daphne explained treatment needed by my leg and she was kind and gentle even when it hurt. The professional care was excellent and we departed knowing we had been in safe care and could return if we became concerned. Thank you NHS and the staff of the first aid unit in Wallingford.
