Physiotherapy, Really helpful using the exercise bike, has been enjoyable. by practicing with the ward staff I am getting myself ready for safe to be at home. overall everyone is kind and staff encouraging you really helps.

At night it feels like some of the staff do not know what they should be doing and there is not enough staff on, it feels like they are always short staffed at night, I like to practice walking out to the toilet at night, I get told they do not have the time due to less staff on at night, the response to the call bell is a lot longer, this has consequences on me being able to hold my bladder long enough.
