The current adult mental health services are still caring for problematic and complicated cases with outdated treatment methods, not once have they adapted or evolved with new, fresh unique idea's to help problematic and complicated cases they'd rather talk down to you not talk in very basic, simple words that autistic people need to hear things but in simple terms and yet when these people give them their idea's on what helps them their idea's should be considered not thrown on the trash heap cause they(adult mental health services) would rather do things to what they call(tried and tested, old fashioned/old school idea's). Everything in life has evolved including problematic and complicated cases but when it comes to adult mental health services they are always the very last lot of people to evolve and adapt their idea's to help problematic and complicated cases whether it's on psychiatric wards or in the community...

Suggested improvements
The current adult mental health services need new staff that will help teach and listen to their problematic and complicated cases and deeply think that there old fashioned methods of treatment have not improved those problematic and complicated cases mentally, emotionally, psychologically and psychically and that sometimes new fresh unique idea's are better than old fashioned methods of treatment with the right people to help those who are having difficulty in adapting to new, fresh and unique idea's that help problematic and complicated cases
