Guess I was lucky I got a room to myself. The staff where very caring and polite. I have nothing to complain about only praise.

Staff when available were knowledgable and responded positively to the patient need. Caring staff. Staff levels often too low to be as effective as they would want to be e.g. Took 3 alarm presses to get staff

But I have been treated with respect and good humour and the best practice.
