Load of rubbish. Did not give any satisfactory diagnosis or treatment. Been to walk in centre today and found to have broken ribs.

As I had been on a night out, felt i was treated with lack of care. Doctor/Nurse seemed disinterested with my treatment. Was left unhappy with no help or actual diagnosis.

Nursing care was exellent (as usual). However the standard of the food has dropped considerably it appears that there are possible 2 reasons. 1. A change of kitchen managment or 2. Massive budget cuts, shame, as before the food

Good nursing care alarms sounding 24 hrs and no-one seems to be able to silence them. Standard of meals has dropped considerably since a previous visit in the same ward. Soups and hot deserts are not delivered without covers and are consequently dried out with a thick, inedible skin, not an aid to recovery from illness. Mission statement on back of menues borders on misinterpretation.

The patience and caring shown by everybody was exceptional. My poor hearing was handled sympathetically, nothing was too much for anybody to deal with. Naturally after the high standards set by the clinicians work the bar was set high and whilst I was kept informed communication could have been a little better. Very high standards indeed.
