All staff. Dr great!
You do need more experienced nurses 2 or three on duty not enough to cover the work load. They never grumble, but they are exhausted!! Long hours, poor pay.

Great team of nurses very compassionate and caring.
More overlap between shift change as this is busy time with people going to bed, medication etc yet staff results decided at this time.
